Welcome to agentcrafts. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our offerings on agentcrafts.pro, including courses, downloadable materials, and merchandise.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course, purchasing any product, or accessing any content, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Courses on Building AI Agents

Our courses provide structured learning on creating AI agents for research, planning, and service. Enrollment secures a seat in the scheduled session.

3. Information Products

Information products include downloadable files such as e-books, video recordings, templates, and other digital materials.

4. Merchandise

Merchandise refers to physical items available for purchase through agentcrafts.pro.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Courses and Live Sessions

Requests for a refund must be submitted at least 7 days before the start date. If you notify us within that timeframe, we will process a refund of the paid amount via the original payment channel within 14 business days. You may also request to reschedule your enrollment to a future session if notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. No refunds will be issued once a live session has begun due to seat reservation and preparation costs.

5.2 Information Products

All sales of digital content are final. Access to materials is granted immediately after payment, and no refunds will be issued for information products. This policy is necessary due to the instant nature of delivery and usage tracking.

5.3 Merchandise

If merchandise arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. To initiate, contact our team using the support form with your order details and photos of the issue. Once approved, we will issue a refund of the product cost via the original payment channel within 14 business days. Customers are responsible for shipping items back to our Zurich address.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on agentcrafts.pro, and continued use after changes signifies acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
